By accessing or using palmcoastturfpros.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site. Any installation services you hire us for are governed by a separate, written service agreement signed before work begins.
2. About Palm Coast Turf Pros
Palm Coast Turf Pros is a locally owned artificial turf installation company operating out of Palm Coast, Florida, and serving Flagler County and Northeast Florida.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that could damage or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect information from the Site
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
4. Estimates are not contracts
Any quotes, estimates, or proposals we send you through or after use of the Site are preliminary. A quote is not a binding agreement. Any actual installation work we perform for you will be governed by a separate written service agreement, signed by both parties, that specifies scope, pricing, timeline, and warranty terms.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep Site content accurate and up to date, including descriptions of our services, materials, and processes. Information on the Site is provided for general reference only — it’s not a guarantee of specific outcomes, product availability, pricing, or performance on your specific project. For specifics, request a free on-site estimate. What’s on the Site is informational; what we commit to is what’s in your signed service agreement.
6. No warranty on the Site
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or its content.
Any warranties related to our actual installation services are separate from these Terms and are specified in the written service agreement you sign for a specific project. The manufacturer’s warranty for the turf product itself comes from the manufacturer and is separate from both documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palm Coast Turf Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. This includes (but isn’t limited to) loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any damages resulting from reliance on information found on the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Florida law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design, and the site’s code — is owned by Palm Coast Turf Pros or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any of it without our written permission. Personal browsing and sharing via standard web-share tools (e.g., linking to a page) is fine.
9. Third-party content and links
The Site may reference third-party services, products, or websites (for example, turf manufacturers, plugin developers, or fonts). We don’t control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
